Constantinos Tsobanoglou known famously as Costa Titch was a famous South African rapper who tragically died at 28.
Costa was onstage performing, and suddenly he had a seizure (because of strobing lights), fell off the stage, and get rushed to a nearby hospital and that’s where he was pronounced dead.
This happens when South Africans and the globe, in general, mourn the loss of Kiernan Jarryd Forbes also known as AKA who was fatally shot earlier this year.
The rapper was diagnosed with epilepsy, a common condition that affects the brain and causes periodic seizures.
As we speak, police have stated that an autopsy is set to be performed and will actually come out with the results of what caused his death.
Later, his family confirmed his passing..
His family confirmed his passing by writing a statement on his (rapper’s) official Instagram page, then ended up thanking his fans for the love they showed him.

“Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us our beloved son, brother and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28) who in South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage name “Costa Titch”. It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time.
We are thankful for the emergency responders and all those present in his last hours on this earth. As a family we are faced with a difficult time as we try to make sense of what has befallen us and ask that we be afforded the time and space to gather ourselves…..” they said.
AKA left, Costa Titch right.
The family continued..
“The Tsobanoglou family thanks you for the love and support you have given to our son and may you continue to uplift him even in spirit.”
