Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, professionally known as Diamond Platnumz, is a prominent Tanzanian entrepreneur, dancer, and Bongo Flava music artist.

He started doing music in 2006 while being a “Machinga” – selling clothes and paying to record with the money he earned from his business. He was only 18 years old.

He recorded several tracks, then luckily hit the lotto by releasing his breakthrough song named “Kamwambie” which sketched the way to greatness for him.

From that time, Platnumz kept on winning multiple music awards including Best African Act at MTV EMA (2023), Best Live Act at AFRIMA (2019), Best Male Artist, Best Male Singer, Best Male Artist, Best Male Writer, Best Male Entertainer of the Year at Tanzania Music Awards (TMA) (2013) and so much more.

From the first day he started doing music officially, Platnumz has released four music collections such as Kamwambie (2010), Lala Salama (2012), A Boy From Tandale (2018), and First Of All (FOA) (2022).

He is the most decorated and one of the music artists with a huge fanbase in East and Central Africa.
